This is a 4 week program designed to get you moving, sweating and feeling great !

The ENTIRE program is ONLINE so you can do it anywhere!

Workouts will include body weight exercises, and of course jump rope!

This program is great for every fitness level. You DO NOT have to be a jump rope pro to take part!

  1. 4 Workouts emailed to you per week (16 Total) with written and video guides

  2. 4 optional live zoom workouts

  3. Guided Stretching Video for recovery days

  4. Fun jump rope skills to learn during off days

  5. Many exercise modifications to fit your needs
