Virtual Adult Jump Rope
Our Class designed to get you moving, sweating and feeling great !
You DO NOT have to be a jump rope pro to take part!
Throughout the class we will learn some skills, workout and have fun!
Workouts will include body weight exercises, and of course jump rope!
