JUMP ROPE FITNESS

We provide jump rope fitness programs for anybody to take part in.

Our jump rope rope workouts are geared to give you a total body workout that will give you jumping, moving and sweating! The workouts are primarily body weight or with minimal equipment that you can find around your house. All you need is 30 min and we can give you a great workout!

Interactive program that will push you and help you become more active throughout the week. You'll be able to pick through 48 different interactive workouts!

Live Adult Jump Rope Fitness Classes

These classes are conducted through zoom. We teach fun skills and put you through a great workout. Join the community and have a great time jumping and moving!
